Kim Morris, Director – Entrepreneur Systems.  Kim has over 10 years experience working in Corporate Australia, in both private and public companies as a Human Resources Manager, Information Systems Project Manager, and as a Senior Business Analyst within the education industry, energy and power generation industries, and food manufacturing industries. 

Kim also has over 12 years experience working in the health and fitness industry as a freelance fitness instructor, trainer and presenter and as a  business owner of an outdoor fitness training company.

Kim has a Bachelor of Business degree Majoring in Human Resource Management and Information Systems, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Central Queensland University and has specialist skills and experience in  managing company wide process improvement and information systems projects, applying Business Metrics and Analytics for performance improvement, and Business Process Modelling to create more productive and efficient ways of working. 

Throughout her career and professional experience she has developed expertise, and highly sought after skills in Project Management, Business Process Improvement, and Business Process Reengineering that has helped companies to maximise efficiencies through simplification, streamlining and automation, increase productivity and reduce staffing levels, reduce duplication, waste and rework, and introduce best practice processes for service, delivery and turnaround.

Kim is a Certified Nuero Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and has a knack for being able to tie together the details with the big picture and loves to identify smarter ways of working to achieve better outcomes.

On a personal level Kim loves mountain biking in exotic destinations around the world, reading non-ficton, cooking thai food, making silver jewellery and lazy days at the beach!
