What's your level of comittment to changing the way that you work?  To developing a systemized business that gives you more time, more energy and more freedom?  I know that for myself when I set out on this journey to help people change their habits and old ways of working that were draining the life out of them, I knew it would take focus, discipline and courage to help worn out business owner to take back the power and get back into the drivers seat.  Its so easy to get distracted and to fall off the rails if we're not careful, but just remember "Hey, one step at time, Rome wasn't built in a day!" and….neither was a hugely successful business…..where systems run the business and the employees run the systems.  Are you committed, 100% beyond a shadow of a doubt? Will you scale mountains, cross oceans, build bridges, or will you just cross to the other side of the road and put you thumb out to bum a lift  Are you committed, or just interested?  The choice is yours.

Increase your businesses success by following successful franchise techniques.
The one thing that every franchise owner provides to their customers is "Consistency".  You achieve consistency by doping the same thing in the same way for it produces exactly the same results each and every time you do it.  For you customers to expect consistency with your products or services, you must be able to identify the elements that go into consistency.

The Number 1 Problem That Causes Good People To Do Poor Work IN Your Small Business

Have you ever wondered why nothing is ever done the way that you want it, and that your people can never seem to get it right even though it seems like you have told them a million times how to do something?  Well, the problem is not that your people are not listening, and its not that they are ignoring yo.  Nine times out of ten they actually want to produce the results and outcomes that would satisfy you, but the problem is that unless you have written documented work procedures for "how things are done around here" where your employees or contractors can follow step by step, and be clear on what the expected outcome is, then you are never going to get the same results.

To guarantee great results every time, you need to create organisational systems in your business, so you people can do great work the way that you want it done on a consistent basis.  The people in your business really are your greatest asset.  Yes, Yes I know we have all heard it before, but if you have your people all doing things the way they think they should be done, results will never be predictable, they will never be reliable and they certainly will never be consistent.  You'll end up with a business that is disorganised and out of control.

People are not your problem, its the lack of systems and training that causes good people to do poor work.

As a business owner, you have 2 choices:  Stay stuck or invest in your future.

You might think that you don't have time to get your business organised because you are already swamped.  But deep down, I'm sure you know that you lack of systems is the reason for chewing up so much of your time on things that others could be doing equally well, if not better if there were a documented process in place.

Here is my challenge to you.  Dedicate just 2 hours per week to creating systems and documenting processes in your business, starting with the things that are the most important to the ongoing viability of your business. As you start to implement these processes you'll notice a change almost immediately.  Fewer mistakes will be made, there will be fewer emergencies and you'll have more time to work on the important issues, seek out better customers and look for more opportunities.
